The D’Addario Foundation, the nonprofit arm of the strings and accessories company D’Addario, recently honored its latest batch of fantastic grant recipients, who provide meaningful and long-lasting music education to children.
Grantees this time around involved 110 organizations, including Ingenuity, INTAKE Organization, Kids In Concert, and The Gift Of Music Foundation. All told, D’Addario has awarded $247,000 to grassroots, community-based organizations in 34 states so far this year.
“2018 is going to be a big year for the D’Addario Foundation,” says executive director Suzanne D’Addario Brouder. “In addition to identifying and awarding support to the finest not-for-profit music programs, the D’Addario Foundation will launch a few exciting new initiatives that we believe will greatly enhance our ability to affect positive change in a number of ways.”
