Rogers Announces New Finishes for Dyna-sonic Snares

Big Bang Distribution has announced a limited edition run of Rogers Dyna-sonic snare drums in new finishes. The popular line, which was reintroduced in 2017 by Rogers, was originally offered only in white pearl and black diamond wraps. Big Bang, which is distributing Rogers, says the company is expanding the Beavertail Dyna-sonic family with special production run drums in high-luster black gloss lacquer and gold sparkle lacquer finishes.

High-gloss drum finishes can provide a robust and seamless shell that is visually stunning and offers a contrast for the traditional wraps that pay tribute to Rogers’ glory days of the 1960s and 1970s. The new models are offered in both 14″ x 5″ and 14″ x 6.5″ sizes. These special models are appointed with the classic Beavertail lug profile, chrome script logo, oval badge, and Rogers’ floating snare rail system.

The Rogers brand was resuscitated a few years ago, combining attention to detail with modern manufacturing techniques. The drums are hand-built in Roger’s USA workshop.
